Located in the heart of Southampton, Danica Payne Aesthetics is a an award winning clinic specifically designed as a medical environment ensuring the highest quality of medical aesthetic treatment. All staff are hand picked on their ethos and previous medical background.

Danica is the Medispa owner and one of our facial aesthetic clinicians, who has over 10 years medical experience originating from a dental background. Being a Registered Dental Nurse, who progressed to develop her clinical skills and gaining her radiography qualification, to moving on to practice management in the private sector a few years later. After completing both foundation and advanced training in botulinum treatments and dermal fillers with the renowned Dr Michael Atkin in London, including one to one courses to perfect her knowledge and clinical skills, Danica started to build her ever growing patient base and has never looked back. Due to her dental history, she is registered with the General Dental Council, completes regular professional development training and is trained annually in medical emergencies. She has also been a registered CQC manager and is up to date with medical compliance and best practice.

CORINNE WILLIAMS
Advanced Aesthetic Clinician RDT, GDC 160786
Corinne has been in the medical field for over 18 years, starting her career as a dental nurse and progressing to a dental nurse, lecturer and assessor, which she worked as for 9 years at Eastleigh College. She then progressed within this role by going to university to gain her teaching qualifications within this time, including an assessors award and Certificate in Education. A few years later she returned to university and studied a full time degree BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy. Once qualified, she found her passion for aesthetics and has now been injecting for a few years and offers a range of treatments, including anti wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, fat dissolving injections and sunekos. Corrine and Danica's relationship first started in 2011 when Corinne was Danica's lecturer and then worked along side Danica as a dental therapist in 2017 resulting in their long lasting relationship and dream team in the clinic. Corrine has extensive knowledge of facial anatomy, annual medical emergency training and cross infection. She is also GDC registered. Corinne now also offers masterclasses for other aesthetic clinicians in cheek and tear trough filler.
AIMEE CARTER
Midwife, Nurse Prescriber
Aimee joined the DP Aesthetics team as our Prescriber when regulations changed and our clients needed face to face prescriptions prior to their anti-wrinkle treatment. Aimee is a qualified Midwife and Nurse Prescriber, Aimee is registered with the Nursing and Midwife Council and additionally carried out her aesthetic training at Harley Street. Aimee works closely with Danica and Corinne and often attends training courses together to ensure our clients journeys are smooth and seamless no matter who they see for their treatment and consultations.
DR MYRIAM BIFFEN

Hand picked by Danica after working together in the private dental sector, Myriam qualified in 2007 and is certified in Aesthetic dentistry from Kings College in London. Highly experienced and passionate about cosmetic dentistry including Invisalign, composite bonding, porcelain veneers and of course general dentistry.
CLAIRE BEES
Dental Hygienist & Therapist, GDC 106250
Claire and Danica have worked together since 2011 in the private dental sector. Claire qualified in 2007 from Cardiff university and offers all aspects of dental Hygiene treatments including air polish, gingivitis therapy and periodontal treatment for gum disease. Claire is experienced in tooth whitening and is able to offer tooth coloured fillings. Known for her excellent patient care, Claire is highly experienced in treating nervous patients making the dentist a less scary and more painless experience.
DR SWETHA

Swetha caries out all our cosmetic and general dentistry specialising in making nervous patients feel comfortable and changing their perspective on dentistry. Swetha has experience in Clear Correct, Invisalign, composite bonding and veneers.
PHILLIP MCCAULEY
Dentist & Implantologist GDC 76491
After a year in general practice, Philip then worked as a Senior House Officer in the Oral Surgery department at Poole Hospital, gaining valuable experience in dentoalveolar surgery and passing the MFDS examination in May 2001. Philip completed many post-graduate courses, notably the year restorative course with Michael Wise in 2004.
Going straight into the field of oral implantology, he has been placing and restoring dental implants since 2002, when he was awarded the Fellowship of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Philip carries out all aspects of implant dentistry, including multiple implant cases, full mouth rehabilitation on implants, bone augmentation and bone grafting. He has a special interest in the field of immediate loading of dental implants for single, multiple, full arch and full mouth implant cases.
In recent years, Philip has been lecturing to local dentists on simple restorative implant cases, mainly using the Dentsply Implants system. He will soon be coordinating the set-up of a Study Club for local dentists on challenging restorative cases.
More recently, Philip has been to Bologna, Italy, to learn the application of cutting-edge technology to help in the rehabilitation of immediately placed implants using the Weld-one intra-oral resistance spot welding device. This is a very exciting new field in implant dentistry.

Danica and Phil worked together in the private dentistry sector previously and now he works satellite clinics for all our patients implants and surgical needs.
TAY ROBERTS
Advanced Make Up Artist
Tay qualified in level 2 beauty therapy and makeup back in 2010. Over her ten years in the industry, she progressed on to work for the well known Mac working 4 years with the company and was on the prestigious pro artist team. As well as hosting her own master classes to teach others, she has attended Mario Dedivanovic's master class who is the well known make up artist of Kim Kardashian, and has worked along side and assisted Ariel, Kylie Jenner's make up artist. Tay can give you anything from subtle to extreme glam for any occasion including weddings, proms or just for a nice night out.
LISA KNIGHT
Laser Clinician, RDN, GDC 133683
Lisa and Danica have worked alongside each other since 2012 in the private dental industry. Lisa qualified as a dental nurse back in 2001 and has over 18 years of medical emergency training, basic life support and cross infection. Lisa used to spend a lot of her practice in cosmetic and surgical dentistry which is why she is renowned for her calming and high standard of customer care. Lisa progressed her career at the start of 2019 and added level 4 laser and intense pulsed light to her long list of qualifications. We use the latest technology on the market lasers with extensive medical research for proven results. Lisa maintains her dental registration to ensure she is up to date with the latest protocols and regulations.
CATHERINE FLYNN
Semi-permanent Make Up Artist & Laser Clinician
Catherine is a fully trained and qualified PhiBrow microblading artist of Branco Babic Phibrow Academy. Catherine is passionate about patients feeling relaxed and confident in the service provided, being a real perfectionist and is a double Award Winner for the Semi-Permanent make up awards in both 2020 and 2021. Catherine has done Danica's beauty treatment for a few years and is one of our newest team members. Catherine has many years in experience in SPMU, laser & a broad range of beauty treatments.
NATHALIE HARRIS
Microblading Artist & Hydrafacial Clinician
Nathalie is a fully trained and qualified microblading artist. Nathalie is an absolute perfectionist and ensures client leave the clinic with the perfect brows. Nathalie also offers the very popular Hydrafacials and also dermaplanning including our new treatment a Hydraplane which combines both treatments together.
ALICE WATTS
Senior Hair Stylist
Alice joined the DP family in July 2021 & is a fully qualified hair dresser with 9 years experience in the hair industry. Alice is a Balayage specialist and loreal professional expert. she is also Vidal Sassoon trained. Alice offers all aspects of hair dressing including bridal services and hair extensions. Alice works along side Natasha, together they make a wonderful hair team delivering incredible transformations and results to many happy clients.

Senior Hair Stylist
Natasha joined the DP family in January 2022 & is a fully qualified hair dresser with 6 years experience in the hair industry. Natasha enjoys all aspects of hair dressing including Hair transformations, colour corrections and Nano ring and Tape hair extensions. Natasha works along side Alice to be able to keep up with our quickly growing hair department on the beauty floor.
INNA MATTHIAS
Advanced Gel Nail Artist
Inna has recently joined the DP Aesthetic Team. Inna has specialised in hand sculpted nail extensions and nail are for over 10 years. Inna is a qualified trainer and trains other Nail artists all over the world.
Inna is so passionate about delivering the best nail services and products to her clients and is an absolute perfectionist, she uses an advanced gel sculpting techniques and an e-file for longer lasting and less damaging results.
BETHANY POWELL
Beauty & Spa Therapist
One of our newest additions to the DP family joining in November 2021, Beth was hand picked by Danica due to demand from our patients. Beth is a fully qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist offering numerous new services to the clinic including our exclusive DP Gold Facial. Beth is a wonderful addition to the team with her bubbly and friendly nature and extensive array of treatments we are delighted to now be offering Lash Extensions, Massages, Facials, Waxing, Spray Tanning, Eyelash Lift and Tints and HD Brows (please see our Services list for full treatment options).
HEBE
Advanced Nail Technician
Hebe joined the DPA team in December 2023 after moving home from managing in a branch of a popular London nail salon. She initially trained and qualified in Beauty Therapy levels 2&3 in 2017 but chose to specialise in acrylic nail extensions to create nail art. Hebe found a passion for caring for the natural nail, whilst adding enhancements where this appeared to be neglected elsewhere. During her time in London, her focus shifted away from nail extensions with extravagant nail art to now preferring simple elegant nail designs and working with gel products on the natural nail. Hebe completed personal coaching with Inna, our other nail technician, to expand her knowledge and convert from acrylic to the Magnetic gel system used in the clinic to provide gel manicure, pedicure, BIAB and sculpted gel extensions.

Nikki & Danica have worked along side each other for over a decade in the private dental field. Nikki has over 20 years dental nursing experience, has worked as a Treatment Coordinator, and has recently joined the Danica Payne Aesthetic team from her previous position as a CQC Registered Practice Manager. Nikki has extensive compliance & medical knowledge ensuring your treatment & patient journey is safe and of a high standard at all times. Nikki runs everything behind the scenes of the Medispa to keep the clinic and patient journeys to run smoothly. Nikki is GDC registered and has completed annual CPD for the last decade in medical emergencies, basic life support and cross infection training amongst many others ensuring you're in safe hands.
