With so many treatments on the market and many botched results, we appreciate it can be difficult to decide what treatment is best for you or what will give you your desired outcome with the least risk, downtime and cost. Generally for full face rejuvenation we suggest a consultation to discuss in detail all the options suitable and available to you, however here is in an depth insight into the pro's and con's of all options to help you make an informed decision.

Surgery or not surgery? There is no right or wrong when it comes to this question, it is usually determined by the patients expectations and desired outcomes. Surgical face lifts can achieve move than liquid or non injectables face lifts due to it being an invasive procedure that isn't always a negative. In most cases one surgical face lift is sufficient, although it is more costly, the repeat cost is not always required and excess skin and hooded lids for example can be treated with surgery, no non surgical options are able to do this. Surgery has significantly longer down time with results taking up to a year to be fully healed and settled so this is an important factor to take into consideration to schedule around your lifestyle and commitments.

We offer face to face or virtual consultations to accommodate your schedule. Our patients that opt for a non-surgical face lift usually don't want to go under the knife and would like a shorter down time. Although you may require repeat treatment in a few years time, you're not committed. Your body will slowly break down the filler and return to how you were previously, it is down to your discretion and is not a lifetime commitment.

To reduce your risk we use guided ultrasound where required to locate your major vessels results in treatment being low risk with the main side effects being minor bruising and swelling that usually subsides after 2/3 days. We can add on a Dermalux light therapy for only £30 to speed up your healing process and reduce swelling post treatment.

HIFU
High Intensity Focused Ultrasound, also known as ‘HIFU’, a ‘non-surgical face lift’ or the ‘lunchtime face lift’ has become one of the most sought-after lifting, firming, and tightening treatments for the face and body. A HIFU machine tightens and firms up loose skin to counteract the effects of both time and gravity without damaging the skin’s surface. , HIFU uses Focused Ultrasound to target the deep structural layers of the skin with heat, our Focus Dual HIFU is one of the few treatments that can reach the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS)—which was previously accessible only via surgery. The result is a natural lift with virtually no downtime. It does not involve any injectable treatment and achieves natural results by using no artificial products for treatment results.
Pricing starts from £200 per area but varies on how much of the face is being treated. You can for example just treat the jaw line to improve your jowls. A consultation is recommended prior to treatment to advise what areas may be required for your desired end goal.

3 sessions are usually recommended 8 weeks apart followed by the final session 3 months later, however this is discretionary to the patient.
