DERMAL FILLER TREATMENTS
Dermal fillers semi-permanent treatment specifically formulated to act like your body's own naturally occurring hyaluronic acid, to restore volume lost from different areas of your face. It can be used alone or in combination with anti-wrinkle treatments to reduce fine lines, enhance an area of the face and all with specialist technology to maintain the flexibility of your natural facial expressions. Please note dermal filler is not permanent and can be dissolved if required. Different fillers are used for different treatments and will be chosen by your trained practitioner. Filler treatment longevity ranges between 6-36 months. One of the most common Dermal fillers we use is Restylane and Uth which has been used medically on over 3 million patients and took Europe by storm back in 1996. Only Grade A dermal fillers are used and your preference will be taken into consideration, but the clinician will decide which is best for your desired outcome, treatment and individual case.

LIP FILLER
One of our most popular dermal filler treatments, lip filler is available in 0.5ml or 1ml treatments depending on your desired technique. Please see below for the 3 techniques we offer and how they differ. Treatment takes approximately 30-45 minutes with 6-24 months longevity depending on the technique used. We use 2 types of anaesthetics as standard to ensure as little discomfort as possible during treatment. If you're nervous and would like optimal pain relief we do offer a dental block. Similar to when you have a filling, after a few injections inside the mouth, you will feel little to no pain during treatment. This is an additional £15 and can be added on in advance or on the day of your appointment.
Lip filler is ideal for patients who would like a natural, subtle enhancement without the dreaded duck look. Some patients would like a less gummy smile or to enhance a non-existent upper lip. The procedure takes 3 weeks to completely settle and swelling and bruising may occur.

There is no "better" technique, it is simply down to your preference. If you would like to book straight to treatment, Signature lip filler is generally advised, particularly if it is your first time. If you change your mind after speaking to your clinician on the day, we will be able to carry out Classic. Please note we will not have time to do Signature if you have booked a Classic appointment.
You are not committed to one technique in future, for example you could have Signature for one treatment, you will still be suitable for classic at the next treatment if desired. Classic is most often advised for those who have achieved their desired shape & size and would like an annual volume top up. Any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

CLASSIC LIP FILLER

This treatment is ideal for patients new to filler or for those who are happy with their existing lip shape, but would just like a subtle size increase. We off this in 0.5ml or 1ml treatments but like to emphasize this is very subtle and may require multiple appointments over time to build your size depending on your desired lip goal. This treatment is approximately 30 minutes long, the most comfortable of all techniques and usually causes the least swelling, although this is patient dependent.

It is designed for patients who would like a more noticeable size increase, without the need of multiple treatments to build their results; or added definition or shape, including gummy smile reduction. Those who would like to maintain a flat side profile & still maintain a natural result.

The difference? This technique uses Restylane. Both outcomes will achieve a similar outcome, Restylane simply feels more like natural tissue. We explain it similarly to as if you were going to get a breast augmentation. Saline and silicone implants, both look good, saline is closer to a natural feel, the same as Restylane.

Luxe or standard? Both are great options, they simply use different brands of filler to accommodate different budgets, without compromising your end result. With standard Signature lip filler, we use UTH, a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler. With Luxe, we use Restylane. Restylane is also a hyaluronic acid based dermal filler that has over 26 years of clinical research and over 55 million treatments completed worldwide. Restylane offers one of the highest safety profiles of fillers available on the market. Both are great fillers for lip filler, it just depends if you would like M&S (UTH) or Louis Vuitton (Restylane). We would never offer a treatment or product that compromises your outcome or longevity. We like to offer a tiered system to accommodate all patients depending on their preference. Restylane patented technology offers filler very close to your natural composition of hyaluronic acid for a more natural feel.
TEAR TROUGH / UNDER EYE FILLER
An advanced treatment of dermal filler underneath the eye to reduce volume loss and voids for a more refreshed look. Please note it can help with dark circles, but for optimal dark circle reduction or fine creases under the eye, polynucleotides is recommended. Please note it is not suitable for patients who have fatty deposits or bags under their eyes. Suitability will be determined by your clinician. Results last up to 6-12 months and bruising is common following the procedure. Prices start from £349. If you suffer from under eye bags, polynucleotides is a better option for you.
LIQUID (NON-SURGICAL) RHINOPLASTY
An alternative to a surgical nose job or rhinoplasty, this treatment can smooth a prominent bridge or hump in your nose for a smoother appearance. The tip can also be lifted if desired. Lasting approximately 9-12 months, it is a cost effective and less invasive procedure to correct imperfections with minimal pain and down time. Patients are often concerned it will make their nose appear larger, however this is not the case for suitable candidates. Suitability needs to be confirmed prior to treating via a consultation or photos via email. Cost is £255 including a complimentary review & top up appointment.
WHAT IS BETTER, SURGICAL OR A LIQUID RHINOPLASTY?
We are asked this question daily, and it is a very warranted question. The answer depends on your starting point and your desired outcome. If you would like your tip lifted or have a minor hump in the bridge of your nose, a liquid rhinoplasty is a great option. It is significantly quicker with little down time and results lasting on average 12 - 18 months, as well as being a significantly cheaper option. A lot of patients opt for this as a trial prior to surgery or if the thought of surgery is daunting to them.

If you have a large bridge you would like reduced, this is not achievable with a non-surgical rhinoplasty and would require surgery. With a surgical option you don't usually require repeat treatment. With a liquid rhinoplasty patients often repeat treatment every 1-2 years, this isn't mandatory however. If you decide not to maintain treatment, your body will slowly break it down and return to where you were prior to treatment.

JAW AUGMENTATION
A 45 minute procedure where dermal filler is used to tighten and define the lower half of the face using a combination of needle and/or cannula. Results can last 12-24 months and generally cause minimal swelling and bruising. Please note this treatment is reliant on a healthy BMI for optimal results. Depending on the size and location of your fat pads, Aqualyx fat dissolving may be required prior to filling. Your suitability can be confirmed via a consultation or photos. Prices start from £310.
CHEEK FILLER
An upper face procedure of placing filler along your cheek bones to enhance your existing cheek bones to create a lower face lift and more definition to the upper face. Cheek filler also aids in making the face appear slimmer, reduce your tear troughs and nasal labial lines. Results last 6-9 months with minimal swelling or bruising following the procedure. Prices start from £225.
CHIN AUGMENTATION
A short procedure that can be used to balance your side profile, elongate the face for a slimmer or more heart shaped appearance, or to reduce a double chin. Can be used along side Aqualyx for large areas of fat underneath the chin area. Results can last 12-24 months and minimal swelling or bruising may occur following treatment. Prices start from £225.
LIQUID FACE LIFT
This innovating technique uses dermal filler in strategic areas of the face, tailored to each individual patient to create amazing natural looking instant results, restoring volume in 8 strategic areas, giving lift and support using a small number of dermal fillers with minimal discomfort or downtime.
Using the most advanced non-surgical techniques to create a more youthful appearance. The results are instant and last 12- 24 months. Pricing is fixed at £1109 This is usually more cost effective than treating multiple areas of the face for over 35's but is patient dependent.

NASAL LABIAL LINES
Also known as mouth to nose lines or smile lines, dermal filler can be used to smooth and reduce deep creases either side of the mouth that can make the face appeared aged over time. Results last on average 6-9 months and bruising or swelling may occur following treatment. In some cases cheek filler may be advised first, or inconjunction with nasal labial filler to aid in lifting the lower face. Prices start from £225.
