YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS JUST AS IMPORTANT AS YOUR PHYSICAL
CBT THERAPY/COUNSELLING
CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, is a type of psychotherapy or counselling that focuses on helping people identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours that contribute to emotional distress. It is a structured, goal-oriented approach where therapists work with clients to recognise how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are interconnected.
The primary aim of CBT is to help individuals understand how their negative thought patterns (such as "I’m not good enough") can influence their emotions and behaviours (like avoiding certain situations or feeling anxious). By changing these unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, CBT helps people develop healthier ways of thinking and coping, improving their emotional well-being.

Danica had this therapy herself when going through a long period of fertility issues and losses and found her love for CBT. A lot of our patients have therapy to help them overcome challenges they are facing, or just because they want to keep their mental health healthy. Therapy doesn't have to be just because you feel something is wrong.
